Spent Easter here and it was amazing! The rooms were equipped with a great desk, LCD TV, and a speedy Wi-Fi; perfect for someone who needed to work while on vacation. The location of the hotel was great; it offered a beautiful view of the nearby plaza and surrounding high-rise buildings. The staff was very friendly and always greeted guests.
The cleanliness of the carpet was the only downside of the stay. It was stained from previous guests and was a bit off-putting.

The hotel's location seems to be a positive aspect, as it is described as a very Chinese city with a modest charm. the staff is also praised for being helpful, and the rooms are said to meet the expectations of a modern hotel. there is mention of beautiful food and a view of the square from certain rooms.
The cleanliness of the room seems to be an issue, with visible marks from cigarette burns and gum stains on the carpet.

The view from the room was great. It overlooked the city and the fireworks on New Year's Eve were amazing. the staff was accommodating and helped us order food from nearby restaurants that delivered straight to the room. the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made streaming our favorite shows a breeze.
The room was not clean at all and had a strange odor. We found hair on the sheets, and the bathroom had a weird smell too.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel are outstanding. the room was spacious with high ceilings, plush bedding, and elegant decor. the private facilities were exclusive and the sauna and health club were top-notch.
The only minor issue was the lack of steam bath options. It would have been a nice addition to the already extensive list of exclusive facilities.
